Booking policy

Hotel booking policy (Up to 19 reservations)

Minimum stay: Please note you will be committed to a minimum stay of 3 nights per reserved room(s) (exceptionally, a few hotels may require a different minimum stay for specific products). The minimum stay is applicable per guest and per room.

Payment policy:

Full payment required at time of booking. You can pay for your reservation(s) by credit card (+2,5% administrative fee) or wire transfer (bank fees are payable by the applicant).
Important: on credit card payments, you are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy. 

Cancellation policy:
 
From confirmation of your reservation(s) to December 10th 2026 in case of cancellation of reservation(s), you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid for your cancelled booking(s) as administrative cancellation fees penalty.

From December 11th 2026 to January 25th 2027, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), you are committed to pay 50% of the deposit paid for your cancelled booking(s) as administrative cancellation fees penalty.

From January 26th 2027, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), no refund of the deposit or transfer of deposit can be made. Reduction of stay is still allowed as far as the minimum stay is respected. Cancelled room nights cannot be used on any other dates.

From February 17th 2027, you are committed to pay the night by night stay as per the reservation details confirmed to you by bnetwork. In the event of modifications to your reservation(s) (including early departure), you will be invoiced for the original dates reserved (night by night) and original room(s) occupancy selected, even if your reservation(s) still exceeds the minimum stay duration. Name changes are without restriction.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: mwcbarcelona@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at https://mwcbarcelona.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

From February 25th 2027, for companies that reserved fewer than 20 rooms with bnetwork, modifications shall be communicated directly to the reserved hotel.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company and accommodation details).
